He was enrolled as an Advocate on 31.08.1996 and on 05.09.1998 he was permitted to practice before the High Court Division and on 8.11.2006 he was enrolled as an Advocate of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has over 18 years of legal experience in the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction) and Appellate Division (apex court) of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He was called to the Bar on 25.07.2002. He became a member of the Hon'ble Lincoln’s Inn. He was enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate on 31.08.1996 and on 05.09.1998 he was permitted to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Ahmed joined Bangladesh Judicial Service in 1999 but subsequently preferred to be a practicing lawyer. Since 1998 he has been practicing as an Advocate of the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction) with two intervals while he was in Judicial Service and in the United Kingdom.

He was enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate on 06.12.1998 and on 19.08.2013 he was permitted to practice before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Ahmed had been in the UK from 2007 to 2014 and appeared before the UK Immigration Tribunal, Home Office and County Court number of times. Now he has been practicing as an Advocate of the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction).

He has above 12 years’ legal experience in diverse segment of law including the Admiralty Law in the High Court Division (having Admiralty Jurisdiction) of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

He was enrolled as an Advocate on 20.10.2002 and on 12.05.2008 he was permitted to practice before the High Court Division. Since 2002 he has been practicing in the District Courts including Marine Courts as a trial lawyer. He has been practicing in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh having Admiralty Jurisdiction since 2008.

 

 

Moniruzzaman Saddam

Mr. Moniruzzaman Saddam completed LLB (Hon’s) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK in 2016 and obtained LLM in International Maritime Law from Swansea University, UK in 2017. He became a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Mr. Saddam worked as a legal intern at Link Worth Solicitors in London, UK. He also obtained NALP’s Higher Diploma in Paralegal Practice in 2016 from Anglia Ruskin University, UK. During his LLB at the same University, Mr. Saddam participated in several professional training courses including Advocacy presentation Course, Negotiation skills, and Mediation course.
